The whole premise of the book is that you have to follow your calling, and that it’s hard to do so, but you have no other choice. It’s inspiring, but in an almost cynical way. Turning Proby Steven Pressfield is one of those books that makes you feel something. It covers a range of topics including: How to overcome creative block, how to practice properly, how to be original, and much more.
